The four-tray bucket packaging machine is an automated equipment used for packaging products, especially suitable for packaging small materials such as water purifier accessories.
Materials (such as water purifier accessories) are automatically arranged in a row or column by the vibrating plate for subsequent counting and packaging operations. The vibrating plate controls the arrangement and supply of materials by vibrating and adjusting speed.
A fiber optic counter is usually installed behind the vibrating plate to accurately count the quantity of materials. The optical fiber counter detects the passage of materials through photoelectric sensors to achieve counting, and transmits the counting results to subsequent packaging operations.
After the materials are counted from the vibrating plate, they will be placed into the material box through the track and blocking device. This bucket delivery method ensures that the correct amount of material is in each bin.
The materials in the material box are lifted up by a chain bucket belt or similar transport device and sent to the former. The bucket belt conveys the boxes along the working area of the machine via the drive system.
